Window Cleaning

Most homeowners schedule exterior cleaning two to three times per year, with spring and fall most popular. Homes near busy roads, construction, mature trees or water may need more frequent service.

For most average-sized homes, professional window cleaning typically ranges between $150 and $350+, depending on the number of windows and panes, interior and/or exterior, accessibility and add-ons. Bundling services can earn a discount.

For exterior-only cleaning, no — we complete the work, document it with photos and send your invoice afterward. If interior cleaning is included, someone needs to be present for access.

Soaps can leave residue that attracts dirt and causes streaks over time. Our purified-water system removes virtually all minerals and impurities before the water reaches your glass, so it dries spot-free — without harsh chemicals.

Solar Panel Cleaning

Rain removes some loose dust but rarely stubborn contaminants like bird droppings, sap and pollen — and can leave residue as it dries. Professional cleaning is more thorough and consistent.

It depends on your environment. Homes near busy roads, farms, construction, large trees or heavy bird activity may need more frequent cleaning; for many, an annual or semi-annual schedule is sufficient.

Clean panels allow more sunlight to reach the cells. The improvement varies with how dirty the panels were, but keeping them clean helps the system operate at its intended efficiency.

Pressure Washing

Not when done correctly. We evaluate each project and match the pressure, equipment and technique to the surface — and discuss alternatives first if a surface could be harmed.

Protecting landscaping is part of our process. We pre-wet surrounding vegetation and control runoff. In most projects only water is used; when cleaning agents are needed we select environmentally responsible products used only where appropriate.

Gutters & Drone

It depends on nearby trees, weather and whether guards are installed. Homes with mature trees may benefit from one or two cleanings per year; we recommend at least one annual inspection for most homeowners.

Most installations range from $6.50 to $8.00 per linear foot, depending on roof design, corners and transitions, accessibility and total footage. We provide detailed estimates before any work begins.

We use a drone to safely inspect your roofline and gutters from above — no climbing required — and send you clear photos with a professional assessment so you can make an informed decision. Learn more.
